"Color is not a clean white as shown on-line. Returning has been a nightmare. They want pictures for review, shipping cost to return is all most as much as the bowls, didn't receive pictures so have to send another way. Ridiculous Returning is definitely not a no questions asked process."

I am most satisfied with
"I am most satisfied with Pfaltzgraff and the products I ordered. However, although more than sufficient care was taken by Pfaltzgraff in wrapping for shipment, the first box I received had a broken item inside the sealed box. The box was slightly crushed, indicating the shipper's fault. When contacting Pfaltzgraff about the issue, the Pfaltzgraff representative was MOST helpful, and I received a replacement within days. However, again, the second box received also contained a broken item. And Again, Pfaltzgraff was most helpful in sending a second replacement within days. Bottom line is, I'm MOST pleased with Pfaltzgraff; but sorely disappointed with UPS."
