"While we do love the dishes. We are very concerned on the durability of these plates. We ordered 3 sets, which is 12 place settings and it took 3 attempts to get our plates to us in 1 piece. Each shipment contained additional broken dishes and when I asked for them to package them better, nothing changed and they came to us broken again. Luckily on the last shipment, 2 out of the 4 dinner plates arrived making our set complete. I just hope these hold up. Customer service was quick and attentive, I just am unsure on the brand as a whole at this point and probably would not buy any future products from Pfaltzgraff."
