"The bowls are much more bubble gum pink than shown in these pictures. I wanted a pale barely there pink like shown. I bought 3 boxes for a setting of 12 bowls confidently because of the 90 day return policy of not satisfied. Although their policy does state that return shipping is the customers responsibility it is HiGHLY misleading. I was charged $9. 95 to have the product shipped to me. When I'm provided a prepaid label by other companies for returns it is usually about $10 or less. So I felt sure that my return shipping would be comparable. Unfortunately, when I packaged it up and took it to be returned the absolute cheapest shipping cost was $65!!! This was approximately the value of the refund making the return policy essentially worthless. I now have $65 of product I can never use because the color was misleading in photos and the return policy was misleading as well. I would think twice before ordering from Pfalzgraff unless you have seen the product in person and are 100% sure you want to keep it."
