"Beautiful set (12 place settings) well packaged...no chips/breaks. A few pieces needed to be replaced due to defect in the porcelain (black spot) and a couple uneven dinner plates. Contacted service and they immediately sent out not 1 but 2!!! more 16 piece place settings as individual replacements are not yet ready on this new set. This set was important to me as "Cassie" is the name of the daughter I lost last year. Now it is complete due to fabulous Customer Service. VERY HAPPY. Will buy from here again!"
