Missing plates! Horrible customer service.
"I purchased this set through a 3rd party retailer during a big sale, we were in the process of moving and I could not open the box until after the move and discovered they packaged and sent 4 pasta bowls , 8 regular bowls and zero plates. I contacted the store and they said to call Pfaltzgraff since they are the manufacturer, and they packed the box then they will resolve any issues. When I called Pfaltzgraff they refused to help, directed me back to the store, in which I responded that they were primarily responsible for the missing items , they are the manufacturer that sent the incorrect items and need to resolve the issue. Pfaltzgraff refused and said the best they could do is give a 30% discount for a completely new set since it was past 30 days. The missing items are the responsibility of Pfaltzgraff, they refused to take any accountability for their error and put it off on their commercial customer and the buyer. I will never make any sort of purchase from this company again."

Disappointing customer service
"Beautiful dishes! 1 star because the company refuses to sell each piece separately. I would love to replace a few dinner plates, due to chipping and breaking, but they do not sell pieces individually (even though I saw it on the website earlier this year). Referred me to a 3rd party website that also does not have stock. Told to also check Amazon & eBay. Stellar dishes, disappointing customer service."
