"Great pattern! Purchased it with the matching mug! Second bowl arrived in one piece, but it still wasn't packed properly! Good thing it was the only piece in the box. I fear it could have broken because it was not immobilized. It moved around in the box that was way to big for the bowl, even with all the bubble wrap in there!!! Pfaltzgraff has been pretty sloppy with packing for a while now. I'd say I am lucky to get undamaged goods from you!!! PLEASE do a better job..."
