Disappointing
"I ordered 2 sets of the Autumn Berry Mugs. The mug design is lovely and perfect for Autumn. The size is a little larger than I expected. The workmanship however is not up to the standards that I have grown to expect from Pfaltzgraff. One of the mugs had a large smear of brown paint on the lower portion of the mug. I also ordered several other pieces in the collection. The Gravy Boat is very big. I should have read the description more closely. But the biggest drawback concerning the gravy boat is the brown painted trim. It is painted very uneven and so noticeable since it is across the entire top of the rim. I contacted Pfaltzgraff, they were understanding and sent a replacement for both the cup and the gravy boat. I am disappointed, the gravy boat is better, but the trim work is still uneven. The new mug looks good, no brown smear of paint, however there is an unfinished small chipped area on the rim of the mug. It is rough, with no glaze. I am not sure if it is a good idea to use. I have bought and ordered Pfaltzgraff for many years. I am disappointed in the quality control of this pattern"
