"These are beautiful dishes, I love the shape and design. I have one warning: even though they say these are microwave safe I found that even a small amount of microwaving can cause the bronze rim to turn black in places. Not a good look. I wish I had known this and I would have kept them out of the microwave."

"I really enjoy this set. It’s more of a bluish gray than blue. It seems to be a medium/heavy weight. I like the fact that it comes with a pasta bowl. This set is for my everyday use. It’s not often I use a salad plate for everyday use, so the pasta bowl doubles as a salad bowl. Since the pasta bowl is so wide and has some depth to it, it works well as a salad bowl. The plate has a bit more of a curve than many. To say it has high sides is an understatement. The size of the cereal bowl is nice. It is tall so it works well to double as a large bowl for fruit. The only negative I really can say about it is that you can’t buy pieces separately directly from the here. I worry about how much it will cost me if I break or chip a piece to get a replacement."

"First off these dishes are a much lighter color than they appear online. I was quite disappointed as they are too light to go in my kitchen. But the biggest disappointment is when I requested to return them, I was told to return them traceable shipping via USPS or UPS and the cost of shipping them back to Pfaltzgraff is as much as the cost of the dishes. When I requested the company offer shipping labels and deduct the shipping from my refund, I was denied. I will never order dishes again from Pfaltzgraff. I will only order from companies that offer free or discounted return policies!"
