Nice dishes especially for the price
"Beautiful dishes! I love them! I love the sheen on the outside of the mugs and bowls. It reminds me of the handles on my cupboards and ties the whole kitchen together. Good weight to them and we like that there aren’t any patterns engraved in the dishes too that would make them hard to clean. They did arrive exceptionally dirty; almost like there was food on them. Gross! I planned to wash them anyway but that was nasty."
Nice set
"We purchased 3 sets of the Anastasia Cream dinnerware. The quality is good and the coloration is pretty consistent with only one plate that has a random "speck" that is different (probably due to the firing/glazing process.) All pieces arrived without damage (contrary to other reviews I've read after people ordered dinnerware sets online.) The only criticism I have is that the dinner plates have a small surface area that makes contact with the table. If you attempt to cut a food item closer to the edge of the plate rather than the center, the plate tends to rock/wobble. It is just something that one must get accustomed to with this particular design of plate."

"The wife and I have always been fans of Pfaltzgraff and have multiple sets that we rotate with throughout the year. When My son moved to Cali for work, he pretty much showed up with the cloths on his back and an empty apartment. We told him to pick out a nice set of whatever he wanted and his mom and I would have it sent. He of course picked the Pfaltzgraff as he remembered that's what his parents always used. He is very happy with his choice and said that they feel very sturdy. I'm sure you now have another generation hooked on Pfaltzgraff products."
Color mismatch
"The exterior color of the bowls are a hammered copper and the exterior or back of the dishes are black. As a result the tones of the edges of the dinnerware don't match when spread out on the table."
Return policy not user friendly
"If you decide you don’t like it, shipping is almost as much as the price of the set. I was very unhappy to discover this, as dishes are a major purchase and there is no in-person way to shop for this brand. I’m now the owner of brand new dishes that we don’t want."
Exactly what I was looking for!
"This dinnerware set is beautiful and heavy. The mugs and bowls have a fabulous bronze metallic glaze. I ordered 4 sets (service for 16 total) and only 2 dinner plates were broken in shipping. I called and they were replaced within days, free of charge. Wonderful customer service!"
