"The order was processed correctly. I ordered two 16 piece sets. One box arrived, but the second box did not arrive until many days later. The dishes were packaged very well to prevent breakage. One box had a tear in the side, but no breakage occurred. Nineteen pieces out of 32 had very visible defects in the glazing, many had black spots that would not survive microwaving or frequent dishwasher use. I've attached some pictures. Also ordered a grey set from another distributor and 12 out of 16 pieces were defective. I now have to pay to return 50 lbs. of defective dishes with the hope that I will be reimbursed for the shipping. At least the other distributor provided a shipping tag with paid shipping."

"I ordered two sets of Abby White dishes. The cups and bowls have the same scroll pattern color as the cup or bowl. (creamy white). The salad plates and the dinner plates, however, have the same scroll pattern as the cups and bowls, but a different color was used on the scroll pattern. Instead, it is a beige/light tan. The written description does not inform the customer that the scroll pattern will be a different color on the salad plates and dinner plates (creamy white) than it is on the bowls and plates (beige/tan). The dish set photo depicted the dishes to be all one color. I received one chipped plate and one chipped cup. I am contacting the company for replacements."
