"Along with the beautiful pattern, the size of the dinner plates, the multi-purpose bowls, and the salad/bread plates are generously large. The cups hold the heat of your beverage nicely and are comfortable to hold. Delighted with this purchase."

"I ordered sets of four in the Rustic pattern first (dinner and salad plates, three types of bowls, and soup bowls). The quality was great. I returned to order the complete set of 12 and the quality was not the same. There were black dots, white blemishes, sloppily painted rims, bowls missing finishing glaze, and very dirty mugs in my set. I was not happy with the quality of the dishes in the set. I contacted customer service and they stated, “ Please visit the Pfaltzgraff website the item you received are not seconds. They are intentionally designed to be imperfect. ” In my opinion the quality of the set of 12 was not the same as the previously ordered dishes that I received. They didn’t have stickers on the bottoms like the previously ordered dishes. The mugs were dirty which seems like they were previously on display somewhere. In my opinion they were not as nice as my first order. Customer service didn’t want to help me replace the dishes. I can return them at my own cost. That’s not okay with me. Nice to know that dirty dishes are considered acceptable quality. I was looking forward to getting serving bowls and dishes for this set but I won’t invest any more money on dishes that have inconsistent quality. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the set of 12. Ordering individual sets seems like the better option."

"I bought my Rustic leaves service for 8 back in 2024. Back in 2002 I had purchased the Tea rose service for 12. You were made in the USA Back then. When we bought our new house in a new state, that set no longer fit the style. So I bought Rustic leaves. Now we have added a few close friends to our circle, and I decided to upgrade to a service for 12 because I love matching dishes when I host dinner parties. I do wish these were still made in the USA. It is sad that you changed this aspect. That is why I rate you 4 stars."
