Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not purchase I gently rinsed with cool water after removing from box and the paint smeared off! The design is basically washed off as the leaves have mostly disappeared. Unusable. Into the trash they go. Never even used. So disappointing. Poor quality. December 3, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by it pretty to look at No at all happy with this item. Started out with 12 and now down to 7. They chip easily even with hand washing and the decorative red base peels right off. Not an item I would recommend or purchase again. I love all my Winterbbery but not this item. Would love to see if it could be replaced. Not berry happy! February 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a quality product I have been with Pfaltzgraff for many years. I dropped one of these (never used my set yet), so I ordered a replacement. Unwrapping it and placing it on the table, chipped it. I then placed this order to replace that one. I was washing it and touched it to another glass (not very hard at all) and it also chipped. These were VERY disappointing. Two broken dessert bowls later, I'm not ordering a third. I'm now even afraid to use the others - they aren't very sturdy. February 3, 2013
