Winterberry is the holiday classic that brings this timeless motif to life in elegantly sculpted dinnerware & serveware, beautiful glassware and joyous giftware. This lovely platter will help you make a beautiful presentation on the dinner table or buffet. Perfect for serving meats, hors d'oeuvres or cookies. Also looks great on display on a sideboard or hutch when not in use. The Winterberry oval platter is dishwasher safe and goes great with other Pfaltzgraff Winterberry pieces, like dinnerware sets, serving bowls, drinkware and more. Oval platter is 10" long x 8" wide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by unique uses I bought 2 of these to use as they were meant to be used...as a small platter. But guess what? I've used them numerous times as a dinner plate when the entree, like beef stroganoff or spaghetti, or anytrhing that you put over noodles or rice, tends to move around the plate. The "lip" all around the dish holds the food on the plate, and you don't chase it around to finally get it on your fork! They are just the right size...smaller than a dinner plate, larger than a luncheon plate with more "support" for foods that are hard to get on the fork. I will be ordering at least 2 more so I have a set a 4 just for this purpose January 30, 2013
