A blend of three design motifs gives this pattern a distinctive feeling of richness tempered with informal simplicity. Introduced in 1948, the traditional fiddle-shaped outline has beautifully proportioned curves with a narrow decorative border of curling leaves and scrolls to bring out the simplicity of the broad silver panel. STERLING IS DISHWASHER SAFE, BUT HAND WASHING WITH A MILD DETERGENT IS RECOMMENDED. AFTER EACH USE PROMPTLY WASH, OR AT LEAST RINSE, STERLING IN HOT WATER. DO NOT LEAVE STERLING SOAKING, AS IT CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE METAL. POLISH YOUR STERLING ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR, WHETHER IT HAS BEEN USED REGULARLY OR NOT. DO NOT WRAP IN RUBBER BANDS, PLASTIC, NEWSPAPER, OR ANY HIGH SULPHUR MATERIAL. DAILY USE IS ENCOURAGED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF SILVER CARE.
