This gorgeous platter features smoothly cast metal graced with hand-carved accents inspired by aster flowers and inlaid with natural mother-of-pearl. Each piece is unique and over time will gain a beautifully antiqued patina. Durable cast aluminum is food safe and does not require polishing. Hand wash. 16" x 1 1/4" high.

HAND WASH WITH MILD DETERGENT PRIOR TO THE FIRST USE AND DRY WITH A SOFT CLOTH. PRIOR TO USING FOR FOOD SERVICE WE RECOMMEND LIGHTLY COATING THE SURFACE WITH COOKING SPRAY OR OIL. TO AVOID DISCOLORATION HAND WASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH USE AND DRY WITH A SOFT CLOTH. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN THE DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE OR OVEN! STAINS OR DISCOLORATION MAY BE REMOVED USING A PASTE OF WATER AND BAKING SODA.
