- frosted cupcakes
- Nutter Butter® Cookies
- White frosting or decorator gel
- Fruit by the Foot® (several colors)
Press one cookie into the center of each cupcake. Use dabs of frosting to stick on chocolate chips for eyes and a red fruit leather wattle.
To make tail feathers, cut ten 3-inch long pieces from “Fruit by the Foot®.” Lay 5 strips on a flat surface, top each with a toothpick so that one end of the toothpick extends below the leather. Top with a second piece of fruit leather. Press together. Fringe the edges of the “feathers” with scissors.
Arrange feathers on cupcake behind cookie head.
