Platters and plates feature scalloped rims accented with gently flowing, weathered lines. This two-piece dish serves butter or margarine in autumn style, and is full of realistic, textural Indian corn detailing. 7 3/4" long. Dishwasher safe.

The indian corn covered butter dish is very small, even smaller than I had expected. The first one arrived with chip damage, and they promptly sent out a replacement with no extra charge. Now, it is like I have two butter dishes, one damaged and one in perfect condition. I can always use them, purely for buffet decorations.

Finally got this the other day. I ordered it a few weeks ago but it went out of stock apparently before they filled my order. The colors seem brighter in person then in the picture, which I prefer. My only complaint is it seems a little shallow. By that I mean, when you cover the butter the lid kind of squishes it. But only with a full stick and frankly, since you're going to spread it or melt it on something...not that big a deal! Can't wait to use it for my Thanksgiving table!
