Rated 4 out of 5 by Gorgeous Pattern! Love this set!!! I was on the fence about ordering these but I am glad that I did. Beautiful set, such gorgeous colors. I've had them about three weeks and have had no problems with chipping, breaking. We handwash so perhaps that's the difference. My order arrived with some broken pieces and customer service sent replacements within a few days. Dinner dishes are larger than I expected but we love that, the bowls are a great size for cereal, chili, soup, etc. Mugs are large enough for my size cup of coffee and for ice cream, cereal, smaller helping of soup. Rated 1 out of 5 by Dishes are heavy, very large & chip easily. These dishes chip very easily. Only had them a few weeks & 4 of the 8 dinner plates had chips along the edges. Now the cups are beginning to chip. Very poor ceramic. I have had other Pfaltzgraf dishes in the past & never had an issue with them. These dishes are very inferior to the quality that you have had in the past. May 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not so great My husband & I received this set for our wedding. I absolutely loved it at first, but much like the other consumers, we have found the plates & bowls chip really easily. We've been extra careful since we noticed this, but the damage is already done to many of the plates & bowls. The dishes also get excessively hot in the microwave, but the food does not warm well. We often find ourselves rewarming to get the food to the appopriate temperature, but then need to handle the dishes with hot pads to avoid getting burned. February 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautifull colors but chips easily I have owned my Napoli set for almost 4 years. I love the colors and the pattern. I receive many compliments on my table. But many of my dishes have chips. The set should come with a little touch up paint set. November 17, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by This product is pretty if you like yellow and red I fell in love with the picture of these dishes, however when they arrived, I found that the color was completely different from what the picture reflected. Sadly, they weren't a soft pink/peach but actually yellow in the center of the large plates! Internet pictures can be decieving. Pretty dishes if you like yellow, red and rust colors. Rated 1 out of 5 by Chips Pretty set. Wife loved pattern but 70% of bowls are chipped and 50% of the plates are chipped. October 17, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by don't buy it if I could I would give it a 0 star. I purchased this set over one year ago. The plates chip really easy. 10 out of the 12 have chips!!!!!!! This never happens with any other set that I owned by pfaltzgraff. I would not recommend this set to anyone. the pattern is pretty by not worth it! I have seen bad reviews for this item on other websites, so maybe pfaltzgraff has change it, other way I don understand why it would have 5 starts. I love pfaltzgraff but, I am very disappointing with this purchase. August 24, 2012
