they are beautiful-they hold heat very well. Using in microwave and holds the heat of food well. They are very big they really didnt fit in my kitchen cabinets. and i wash large plates by hand cause they are almost too tall for my dishwasher

This is a beautiful pattern, but for those of us who "splurged" to buy these, it is such a disappointment that they chip again and again. I mean BIG chips that are noticeable and make the plate unusable. I have the whole set, and it is mainly the plates, but also the set of "perfect coffee mugs" I purchased...they chip, too. In order to replace these, I have to pay to ship them back, and I have to pay 50% of the retail price--that adds up when the dishes continually chip. Forget it, I am just going to start researching quality dishes. Pfaltzgraff used to be awesome, but it's as cheaply made as a discount store's dishes now.

I own a set of this plate as well as the salad plate in the Napoli collection. I keep this size plate set in my pantry. The salad plate size fits perfect in the cupboard with a small amount of room left but can easily shut the door. I find we use the larger size plate the most. I have owned my plates for over two years and have had no issues - they have held up well.

I like this plates from day one, I have this oness for more than 5 years adn they are there working every day for the porpuse they made them, I don't use a washer machine, that maybe make de diferent but my entire set still looking good

Very disappointed with the Napoli dinner plates. Chip easily - mainly from use in the dishwasher. Owned and loved Garden Party and Forest for many years with minimal chipping. Please redesign the size of the Napoli dinner plate so it is dishwasher compatible.

Dinner plates are large and don't allow the cabinet door to close properly. They also chip very easily. As careful as I am they are still all chipped. Replaced some already but the same thing happens. How many times can you replace the same dishes. Love the pattern except for the chipping

I knew that the colors of my old set would be different from the four new plates that I ordered..BUT the new ones are also a different size (bigger than the old dinner plates)
