Insert seasoning stick into meat to disperse flavor evenly from the inside. Perforations ensure food absorbs and retains flavoring throughout roasting, grilling or smoking. Will season a roast up to 10 lbs; a leg of lamb up to 10 lbs; and a turkey up to 18 lbs. For meat weighing 10 lb. or more, use two seasoning sticks. After cooking, let meat rest for 10 minutes. Using a pot holder or oven mitt, grab the pull-ring and remove seasoning stick from meat. Dishwasher safe - top rack. Large seasoning stick measures 10 inch long (does not include pull-ring).
