This set of flatware is beautiful. I have not used it as yet because I am moving to another state in near future and I am leaving everything here for my daughter, so I am purchasing a number of things new. I bought this brand because I know that it will be quality merchandise. The price for this item is cheaper than "bargain" brand ones I have seen priced much higher.

This product was not of the quality I'd expect to receive from a great company like Pfaltzgraff. I was not happy with it after I washed them, as there were spots all over them. I would not recommend this set. They feel too light and they look cheap.

The silverware feels light and needs more weight to let the user feel that it has some substantial quality in the material. It is too cheap! I am returning the silverware as soon as I receive the label from the company to return it. I do appreciate the fact that you stand by your products and take them back without me having to cover the expense of the postage.

I purchased for my daughter for Christmas. I was very, very happy with the product. It was all that one could expect. The price was outstanding, the shipping very fast and the cost of shipping as one would expect. Only wish I had purchased 2 while I was buying.
