I love this slicer. It makes quick work out of slicing potatoes, cucumbers - or whatever you choose to slice. The finger guard works well, too. The only problem I have is that the blades are difficult for me to remove. Maybe there's a trick to it, but I haven't figured that out yet. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
