Rated 1 out of 5 by kbfouse Very poor quality I have owned Pfalzgraff, since 1978. My mother, sister and I all still use the Heritage dinnerware. We have all of the accessories. And we have loved the simplicity of this classic line. Now, the stoneware has a grey tint. Is irregular. Lighter in weight. All in all, a terribly inferior product. I sent back all of my purchase and will never purchase it again. That really disappoints me as I purchased replacement pieces. November 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by JJHN Product doesn't match photo or older set I have a partial set of Heritage dinnerware. Because I host many family get togethers, I ordered more pieces. The soup bowls & large serving pieces look like I expected them to. However, the plates absolutely do not look like the original, or the photo posted on this site. The original plates are obviously angular at the edges, which is what I like so much about them. The new version is very dull. I looks like the edges are unintentionally messed up & supposed to be round, rather than distinctly angular. I am very disappointed in the new plates. I was told that molds have changed over the years as new manufacturers have been used. How hard is it to keep a consistent mold? The new plates should not be labeled as part of the Heritage set, because they do not really match. October 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by ssc68 No redeeming features These are advertised as bright white, which my originals are, but they are actually gray. Very dis-appointed with the dishes and returned them. I no longer have faith in the Pfaltzgraf name, which is sad since there was a time when it was a great product line. June 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by JustJack Not anything like the original If you are looking for replacement or additional pieces, then these dishes are not for you. They do not match my 18 year old set at all. They are round and not white and now made in CHINA! Pfaltzgraff needs to go back to made in the USA if they want my business. I have had four different Pfaltzgraff patterns over the years and have always loved them, but I am so disappointed in this company now. December 28, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by JetSetter Doesn't match the web photo or old pattern I just received my order of dinner plates, and the quality of the plate seems acceptable, but THIS SHOULD NOT BE SOLD AS THE HERITAGE PATTERN. The photos on the website showed a plate that matched my 17 year old set, but what I received has a nearly circular outer rim and the color is not as bright white as my old plates. The new design of the plates might be o.k. if it were a true circle for the outer rim, but these plates look like a circle with production errors - neither circular nor octagonal - what shape is this??? If the photo is included with my review, my old plate is on the right and the new plate is on the left. I am very disappointed. December 5, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by deboj Does not match I have Heritage dishes and purchased additional pieces to extend my number of place settings. These plates did not match, the edges have been significantly rounded. Why would they change an existing pattern?? Not at all happy. My guests did not notice the difference and I will not return but I still don't understand why a company would alter a Heritage pattern?? December 2, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beth Heritage Dinner Plates I have the original plates that I bought when I lived in York Penna. They were stoneware, these are more like china, too glossy. They also don't match the rest of my set with the details around the edge. The orginial is more defined and the new ones are more rounded. November 18, 2012
