Pfaltzgraff Weekly Dinnerware Giveaway Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or participate.
Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada age 16 years or older who have a valid state or federal identification. Employees of The Pfaltzgraff Co. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, nor are members of their families.
How to Enter: From our online advertisements or from the link in the Collector Community section of our Web site found at www.pfaltzgraff.com, fill out the Entry Form completely and accurately and submit the Entry by pressing the "Submit Your Entry" button. You must answer all questions and fields with valid information. Your entry is only valid for the Giveaway being conducted that week. You must submit a new entry for each weekly drawing. You may enter the Sweepstakes only once per week. Each Weekly Giveaway is limited to one entry per person per household per
email address.
To Win: Each Wednesday, an entry will be randomly
drawn from all
eligible entries
received during the
immediately
preceding
Sweepstakes Week. A
Sweepstakes Week
shall run from
Monday at 10:30 AM
Eastern Time to the
following Monday at
10:29 AM Eastern
Time. The first
Sweepstakes Week ran from Monday June 9, 2003 to Monday, June 16, 2003. The number of valid entries received for that week will determine odds of winning a weekly prize in the Giveaway.
The Prize: During each Giveaway week, only one prize will be awarded – a standard service-for-four Pfaltzgraff dinnerware set. Total retail value of the prize is from $49.99 to $200.00, depending on pattern selected. The winner will be notified via
phone.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL TAXES, AND FEES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF WINNING A PRIZE, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
PRIZE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND/OR NOT ASSIGNABLE AND NON-REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
Winners agree to participate with Pfaltzgraff and its advertising agencies in publicizing or posting winners’ names without further permission or compensation. All entrants will receive a Pfaltzgraff catalog and our email promotions. An entrant may opt-out of receiving future
emails by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Pfaltzgraff email or by calling Consumer Services at 1-800-999-2811.
All decisions regarding how the Sweepstakes is conducted, the winners are selected and the prizes are awarded are final. If after the Giveaway has begun changes or updates to the rules are deemed necessary, the changes will be posted on our Web site at www.pfaltzgraff.com.
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any deviation from these rules on the part of any entrant will render that entrant ineligible. In the case of a challenge to these rules by a winner, that person shall forfeit all prizes in association with the Giveaway.
All participants agree to release Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., The Pfaltzgraff Co., their parent and affiliated companies and all of their respective directors, officers, partners, affiliates, assigns, employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses of any kind whatsoever and any property damage, personal injury, or death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or with the use of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes.
The decisions of Pfaltzgraff management with regard to the interpretation of these rules shall be final.
Pfaltzgraff reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes earlier than the date listed or to extend the length of the Sweepstakes.
If by reason of error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
Pfaltzgraff, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering, technical failures or any other cause.
