The colors used on our Cayman dinnerware is reminiscent of the Caribbean Sea. Softened by the sun, muted shades of brown and turquoise appear like chiseled stones around the edges of this stoneware dinnerware set. Due to the nature of reactive glaze, each piece of this handcrafted collection will exhibit unique variations in color and pattern. Microwave and dishwasher safe. A cross between a plate and a bowl, it's great for pasta , but you'll use it for everything from salad to stir fry and soup. Individual pasta salad bowl measures 7-3/4 inch diameter and holds 32 ounces.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Pattern, but Not so nice Style This is a great size for individual servings of noodle dishes, however, the edge is so blunt and straight up, that it's not good at preventing things from having a little bit of spilling over. Therefore, I will not be able to use this product due to the style. The size would be perfect if they just added a little protective ridge that curved and gave it a little ledge or border around it, like the soup/cereal bowl design. I will keep looking around for something this size with a protective ledge. This may be well suited for small amounts of dry foods, but in that case then it would make more sense to use a small salad plate or bread & butter plate. I wouldn't want to use this style for pasta, especially if it had a lot of pasta sauce on it. August 23, 2013
