KNIFE SHARPENER
All high-quality knives need sharpening. This handsome tool makes it easy! Instructions for use: Hold the steel vertically. Place the widest part of the blade, closest to the knife handle, on the steel at a 20-degree angle. Using a sweeping motion with light pressure, sweep one side of the blade across the steel at a 20-degree angle. Repeat 5 or 6 times. Turn the knife blade over and repeat the instructions.
