about order changes
Catalog and web orders
- Our goal is to ship in stock catalog and web orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you
need to cancel an order please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel
your order for you. If we are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Your credit card is not charged
until your order ships.
Return/refund information
- Refunds are available when
the original receipt accompanies the return of
non-furniture items within ninety days of purchase.
Furniture return arrangements must
be made within 14 days of delivery. If you no longer
have a receipt, we will exchange your item or
issue a merchandise credit. To return an item by
mail, follow the instructions on the packing
slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS
Ground or insured parcel post. Customized product may not be returned for reasons other than damage or defect. Shipping and
handling and return postage charges will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
