Patterns in our By Request Collection are not included in the current assortment of Pfaltzgraff dinnerware found in department stores and Pfaltzgraff Factory Stores. Many collectors still love the By Request patterns and want to continue adding to their collections. In fact, there was such an outcry when we retired some of these patterns we had to do something! That was the origin of this unique program called By Request - so named because it was the answer to so many consumer requests. By Request items include basic dinnerware pieces as well as a small number of accessory pieces. The assortment changes every year.
