BICENTENNIAL MINI DERBY DAN W/LID 2007
The 2007 Bicentennial Derby Dan Cookie Jar is a miniature replica based on a vintage item in the "Muggsy" line, manufactured by The Pfaltzgraff Co., from the late 1940's to 1960. The Muggsy line, designed by Norman and Dorothy Jessop of Baltimore MD, included cartoon-like character mugs, cookie jars, and laundry sprinklers. The shape, design, stoneware material, decoration and colors are as true to the original Muggsy manufacturing process as current technology allows. This is the sixth replica in the Pfaltzgraff Bicentennial Collection, representing a different era of Pfaltzgraff history. 3" high x 3 1/2" dia.
