Standard delivery
UPS
Ground All Sterling Silver products will be shipped via UPS Ground and requires a physical street address - no P.O. boxes. Normal delivery for in-stock items is 7-10 business days.
Deliveries to Alaska
and Hawaii must use express delivery.
If we are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Catalog Delivery Charges apply to purchases made through our catalog and Web site. Delivery charges will vary on purchases made at Factory Stores. See chart below.

Express delivery
If you need an order in a hurry, select the Express Delivery option on the order form. Allow 3-4 business days for this option. Shipments to AK, HI, will be slightly longer. See chart
below for Express Delivery charges. In stock items only.

An additional heavyweight charge will be applied to heavy or oversized items as indicated. |
