I was excited to get these because they looked like a beautiful, bright gold color online. When they came, they are really more the color of spicy brown mustard. Also, the mugs looked like they would be taller than average from the photo, but they are the same height as a regular coffee mug. The bottom line is that the photos are not representative of the product, but the shipping estimate I got to send them back would be $150 since I got the 64 pc. set which comes in 5 boxes and I'm on the east coast shipping to CA...so I'm stuck with them. All the Pfaltzgraff stores closed a few years ago--I was hoping I could return them in person, but that's not even an option.
