I bought this on a whim and I am soooo glad I did. This thing does exactly what it says. I sliced an onion in seconds. Then radishes, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, it does everything. It cleans up easily and stores compactly. I needed minced onions and I did them thru the julienne blade and they were perfect. I love this item and I have a neurogenic disorder and it has made cooking so much easier!

I was expecting something a little more user friendly. This slicer is hard to load. I am better off using my mandoline.
