I do a lot of heavy duty rolling for my cheese rolls, making 40 to 50 dozen at a time and though this rolling pin looks great, it's a little too lightweight for me and when you hold it by the handles and shake it back and forth, it's as if the rod it's on is too big because it kind of rattles which tells me during use, that noise would probably drive me up the wall. I just need a heavier duty rolling pin.
