The physical design of this bowl is exquisite, somewhat fluted for lack of a better word, the sentiments on the inside are lovely, my sister caught them immediately.
Tradition is prime rib, yorkshire pudding, and asparagus with hollandaise. This bowl is PERFECT size for the hollandaise, double or single batch.
I bought a full set for my daughter but she had to revert to the sugar bowl for the sauce, wish I had seen this when ordering before.
This would be great for anyone that uses a cranberry relish or similar side.
