I absolutely LOVE the adorable tiny rooster on the sugar bowl! That just sealed the deal for me, with all the bright beautiful colors!

Cute, yes. Practical, no. Didn't know the sugar bowl lid had an opening in it -- to leave a spoon in all the time I guess. All I know is in just a few hours, the humidity made the sugar cake up solid and had to be broken up to use. I've tried to use masking tape over the hole (not attractive) to seal the hole and keep the sugar fresh so I can use it until I find another that is truly servicable. If you just want a knick knack set, I would recommend.
