I am VERY disappointed! The dishes are beautiful, but they don't even come close to the measurements they give in the description. I measured my cabinets and knew that 11 1/4" dishes would fit perfectly, however, these dinner dishes measure a FULL FOOT! 12"! They all have to go back. I won't be able to even try them for wear, so don't know if I should recommend them or not.

I have had Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne set for over 19 years and was looking to replace them. These are pretty but they are NOT made the way they used to be. Over 19 years I managed to break 12 bowls (reason for replacing) with this set we have broken 6 pieces in the first week. They can take no sort of "hit" at all. Stack them incorrectly in the sink and they chip. If they ding on the edge of the table they chip etc. Not heavy quality anymore, light pieces with no quality made in china. I will be returning all for refund and replacing pieces missing in my old set with vintage online finds.
