I received my 48 piece order last week and 8 of the 48 pieces needed to be replaced. There were quality issues that anybody could spot. From a dish that is warped to dishes that have pot holes in them. I felt they sent all seconds.
With all the negatives stated, the customer service rep. replaced the items quickly and I do like the pattern.

The red & blue rings are vivid colors that go very well with the beige base. The bowls are big enough for stews and seafood dishes. The coffee mugs are heavy enough to keep your drinks hot for a time.
