....this plate, having an extraordinary shape, keeps things in order. I will put less on my plate having this shaped plate than a round one. I can have fish with veggies on this plate and not overfill. I think this plate keeps a perspective for me on what my portion should be. Love it!

Perfect for serving asparagus, green beans, finger sandwiches or use as a plate beneath soup bowl with a sandwich on the side, even room for the soup spoon!
