I was excited to get this and the house looked cheap. When I had opened it up, there was water and it was leaking. Love Winterberry!
I called Pfaltzgraff and told them the disappointment of the snow globe and they credit my account.

One of the difficult types to find-lighted from the inside. This is a beautiful, delicate globe that I am tempted to leave out all year for sheer beauty. Great bargain at this time of year!

I was very disappointed in this product. The house inside the globe was crooked and the bottom of the base looked like it had been broken off like a piece from a "model kit" and not even smoothed out. It looked cheap! I didn't even want to display it. I would have returned it if the cost of postage wasn't so high.

The snow does not float very well. The ball is not attached to the base. You must use care when picking it up.
