This dinnerware is beautiful. It arrived quickly. There was one mug that was broken, but I called and a replacement was sent and received within a week. The mug size is perfect for coffee or hot chocolate. The design is beautiful and I am using these for my everyday dinnerware. During the holidays I will accent it with red or green napkins and serving pieces.

Ordered these last year after Christmas and used them this Christmas. They were absolutely beautiful. I also remember the shipment was pretty fast and customer service was awesome on the few casualties that I received.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It was on sale, free shipping and even though I ordered it less than a week before Christmas and was advised by customer service that it probably wouldn't be received until after the holiday, imagine my surprise when it arrived on Christmas eve! It's a beautiful pattern, nice weight and will be used for many Christmases to come. Thank you Pfaltzgraff!
