this is not the pfaltzgraf of the past - this is poor quality, inferior design, and so very disappointing - i have had the REAL heritage design for nearly 20 years: white, 12 sided, hefty, crisp presentation - this is gray, rounded, thin - the dishes and the company are a shadow of themselves - i am now a former customer -
