Finally, a shredder I can use to work with chocolate and still have my fingers left in tact. I can say "good bye" to the band aides and "hello" to chocolate curls. The container that holds the objects to be shredded is a great and convenient safety feature. The ease of the two way shredding makes the job of garnishing very easy and user friendly. I will be more apt to reach for the coarse shredder grater for more and more of my cooking adventures. Clean up is a snap with this dishwasher friendly tool. I have it just in time for the holiday cooking and baking. I highly recommend the versatile coarse shredder for multiple uses.
