This Sabatier Cast Iron Square Grill Pan is perfect for going from oven-to-table. The cast iron heats evenly and spreads it gently while cooking. It is compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic top ranges. Oven safe up to 500 degrees F. The porcelain enamel interior and exterior allow for easy cleanup and offer a cooking surface that doesn't react with food. Hand wash only. Cast iron square grill pan measures approximately 20 inch long x 10-1/2 inch wide x 1-3/4 inch high.
