First time to purchase from Pfaltzgraff but the reviews I read were encouraging so I did place an order. I really like the dishes, which were securely packed! If you find something you like, don't hesitate to order--both the packing and shipping are great. Good service, very reasonable prices and a wonderful product.

I tend to be nervous about on-line purchases; however, in this case we were pleasantly surprised. Everything came on time and was in perfect condition. I love the Villa Della Luna pattern and cannot wait to use it with company. Pfaltzgraff, you have a winner. I look forward to getting additional pieces to complete my kitchen.

We decided we would have one set of nice dishes and fell in love with this pattern. Both of us are into the arts and crafts. It is also easy to care for and the size and shape of the dishes are just right.

I cannot be more excited about my online purchase at Pfaltzgraff. I absolutely LOVE all the items I ordered and continue to order whenever I have the time.
The plates are just gorgeous and the silverware is solid, sturdy and rich. My sons friends came in and said, "wow, are we allowed to use this stuff? It looks so nice". Everyone is very happy to eat, drink or be merry!! Thanks to you all I was able to buy something I LOVED never leaving the comfort of my home. Awesome!
