I had plain white dishes for years so I decided to look for something more festive. I searched for a long time and keep coming back to these! So sorry to hear, now that I made a decision and purchased them, they are going to be retired!

The quality of this dinnerware is not what I expected. The bottoms already have chips and there are places where the pattern is discolored.. I have been very careful with it and only 2 adults use it, so I am disappointed that it is so fragile. Also, some pieces get untouchably hot in the microwave. I did not realize it was Made in China. If I had I would not have bought it.
