21 Piece Prep Set
This 21 Piece Prep Set includes all the essential tools for food prep work. The 12 piece knife and cutting mat set pairs a knife and cutting mat together for each type of food you cut and chop. Each high-carbon stainless steel knife is color-coded to coordinate with its own designated cutting mat. Each knife also includes a snap-on sheath for both storage and security. 12 piece knife and cutting mat set includes: 6 inch slicing knife with sheath, 5 inch chef knife with sheath, 5 inch filet knife with sheath, 3 inch paring knife with sheath, and 4 cutting mats. Also included are four 1 cup plastic prep bowls with tight fitting lids, and a large 5 quart colander. Knives, prep bowl lids, and colander are hand wash only; all other pieces are dishwasher safe.
